蒙古传统摔跤（Bökh）是那达慕与日常赛事中最具代表性的项目：选手穿传统短裤（Zodog）与护靴（Gutal），以让对手上身或膝部触地为胜。乌兰巴托市区设有多处摔跤馆，本次行程中安排了在市区摔跤馆观看比赛，是了解蒙古竞技传统、选手仪式与现场观众的直观窗口。 Mongolian wrestling (Bökh) is the signature event of Naadam and of everyday competitions: wrestlers wear the traditional zodog and gutal, and the aim is to force an opponent's upper body or knee to the ground. Ulaanbaatar has several city arenas; this trip includes watching a bout at one of them—a direct window into Mongolian competitive tradition, the wrestlers' rituals and the crowd.
